„We were in town for a baseball tournament in Tuscaloosa. We enjoyed being able to escape and our boys and other baseball players enjoyed coming to fish and grill out! Only suggestion is to add a washer/dyer!!“

„My husband and I wanted a place that was quiet, relaxing in the country yet close to restaurants and things to do. With David and Tracy’s retreat that is what you get! Clean, accommodating and the pool was refreshing! Beautiful grounds. Highly recommend!“

„This was a lovely, well stocked house in a beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again. The only mentionable con was the downstairs master bed was not very comfortable and extremely noisy anytime you made the slightest movement. My spouse and I ended up sleeping in separate bedrooms as a result. Luckily, there were multiple beds so it was an easy adjustment. Again, I’d stay here again despite the bed. Our family had a great getaway! “

„The house is nestled back in the wood for a perfect feeling of seclusion while still being conveniently located to amenities around. The cabin was very clean and organized and offered almost any amenity you could really need. „This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we LOVED it! It was rustic and modern, super clean and tidy, beautiful wood work throughout, over all great experience. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The wifi is iffy - which is explained in the listing - so this made it a little difficult to watch tv but that wasn't a huge deal to me. I would totally recommend this place to other couples and would consider staying here again!“

„Spent a long weekend at this wonderful cabin with all the comforts of home. Great location with very little boat traffic. Will definitely be back there again!“

„LOVED the location of this place! The cove was very well protected from the waves of main channel and the boathouse was great for parking our boat. The place is small and true to what is listed. Its was very clean and had a great couch to relax on and watch a movie with kiddos after a full day enjoying the lake. If I had to say something negative I wish there were thick curtains or blinds that could be pulled up and down because the sun comes raging in first thing in the morning. Another great ...

„The house at first seemed too far out of the way for me, but once we got there we loved the location by the river and with a dock to fish and swim from. We loved that. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfasts. It became a great base to visit Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham; along with visiting family in the area. “
