„Everything came as advertised, we had a beach-view apartment in the large highrise Orbi City complexes in Batumi, with a breakfast delivered to our room in the morning. „Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. „It was a pleasant stay. The apart hotel is on the top floors of a new higj rise building. You can find a comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room with a nice sea view and generous breakfast for an affordable price. The receptionists were polite and helpful.
In short, I can easily reccomend it. My only criticism may be the faint odour probably because of smoking. It was not overpowering, but if your are nonsmokers ask a nonsmoking room before your stay.“

„Keine warme Dusche, Personal reagiert nicht auf Beschwerden. Anonsten:Bett nicht gemacht, baulärm, kein Klopapier. Alles außer der kalten Dusche aber verschmerzbar. Außerdem wollte ich hiltob batumi buchen, würde aber auf Bellevue verlinkt. Und praktisch auch gelinkt. Bereits bei Expedia beschwert, aber das Computerprogramme hat mir nur unpassende Textbausteine zurück geschickt. (sollte es ein Mensch gewesen sein der mir da geantwortet hat ist er extrem unfähig!)“

„Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren schön und grundsätzlich sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Leider war der Service recht schlecht. Unser Zimmer wurde 3 Tage nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir ein entsprechendes Schild an der Tür hängen hatten. Nach einem Ausflug nach Tiflis war plötzlich unsere Karte gesperrt und es wurde behauptet, wir müssten uns mit dem privaten Vermieter auseinander setzen, dabei hatten wir beim Hotel gebucht. Haartrockner oder Seife im Hotel Fehlanzeige. ...

„What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again.“

"We only stayed for one night but loved the location and cleanliness. It’s a little hidden, but you just have to walk behind the Hilton to find it, it’s right next to the bank, and the lobby is on the 14th floor. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, so not too close, but also not far enough to need a taxi.
What we didn’t like is that it’s quite noisy, you can hear a lot happening outside, whether it’s music blasting from the beach or people in the hallways. Our mini fridge also made a strange sound at night, which was a little annoying.
Other than that, it’s a great hotel, and I would recommend staying there."

"A hotel that is showing its age. This could be compensated for with excellent service, but unfortunately this is not the case. Check-in is only from 4 p.m., which is too late. The parking garage is not well signposted, so you drive past it first. There were not enough umbrellas. The disinfectant dispensers by the elevators were empty for two days. One of the four elevators was also broken for two days.
If you pay for the parking garage at reception, you only have 10 minutes to leave the underground car park - so stressful. This was at 9 a.m. But the 48 hours you paid for didn't end until 3 p.m.
Unfortunately, the Hilton Batumi lacks passion for its customers. A friendly smile is missing both at check-in and in the Sky Bar. It's a shame for the Hilton brand that you can no longer rely on the expected level of quality."

"Zunächst das positive: Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Das Frühstück war phänomenal.
Negativ: Der Check-in war eine totale Katastrophe! Überforderte Mitarbeiter, zu Recht unzufriedene Kunden, die zum Teil lautstark mit Polizei gedroht haben, da die Mitarbeiter sie unverschämt behandelt haben. Wir haben eine dreiviertel Stunde gewartet, bis wir endlich dran waren! In der Zwischenzeit kamen die ersten Gäste schon wieder zur Rezeption, da Schlüsselkarten nicht funktionierten oder das Zimmer dreckig war. Diese Gäste wurden aufgefordert, sich hinten anzustellen und damit nochmal eine Ewigkeit zu warten! Verständlich, dass es fast zu Ausschreitungen kam!
Die Verkehrssituation rund ums Hotel ist katastrophal! Wie überall in Georgien eigentlich, aber man kann nicht einmal in Ruhe seine Koffer ausladen ohne dafür in die kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage zu fahren.
Alles in allem würden wir das nächste Mal eher eine Unterkunft außerhalb von Batumi wählen und dann mit einem Bolt in die Stadt fahren."
