„With a coat of paint and a carpet refresh, this property would go from acceptable to excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the owner was responsive when I had questions, which I appreciated. The house has plenty of space and the layout matched the listing. That said, the interior is more worn than the photos suggest. The carpets have visible staining, some walls and doors show patched areas or small holes, and most walls looked dingy overall. The mattresses were comfortable, but ...

„Charming little house with plenty of room for its purpose. 4 nights here cost just a few dollars more than a 4-night stay at the nearby chain hotel. That's a few dollars more for an incredibly greater experience. No brainer if you ask me. We will use it again, no doubt about it.“

„Darla was a stellar host. Before we arrived she asked what brought us in town and provided a list of things to do and places to eat. Overall a great location, easily accessible, and very clean. A few times we saw her outside of the premises tending to the yard or the other unit. Nice to see someone take pride in there spaces. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! “

„The rental was updated and clean. Perhaps consider a couch with a pull out bed. Our experience was very good and would use it again and recommend it to others.“

„The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, etc. The only issue I had with our stay was an obvious pet odor.“

„When we arrived at this property we were unable to get in because we were not given the correct code to the door. About 40 minutes after contacting the host, they responded and gave us the correct code. When we entered the house we found that it was not cleaned from the previous renters. The host was able to get a cleaner there within about a half an hour. A single man there to clean a 5 bedroom house took several hours and we were still trying to dry the towels at midnight. After that ...

„Very convenient location. Nice comfortable home .“

„The house was in a great location for what we were in town for and fit our needs. I haven't been to Raleigh in a while and it was interesting to see how it's been changing. We brought our dog with us and were grateful for the fenced in yard. We all had a wonderful stay. “

„The property was very clean and set up for a pleasant stay. They host communicated timely and the location was close to downtown and some great restaurants“

„The place was cute and clean! Beds were comfortable and clean, more than enough room for me and a couple of my friends to have a fun weekend. There is another rental in the garage of the house, but we never came into contact with them other than seeing their cars in the driveway. Would stay here again when I’m back in town!“

„Very clean, family friendly, will stay here again when visit NC. “

„Very clean and a nice place to relax at night after our daytime adventures. Thanks for hosting us!“
