„Great and clean place with amazing staff and breakfast“

„Outstanding downtown DAR accommodation right near the Zanzibar ferry terminal (200m walk). Spacious comfortable apartments - excellent aircon, and facilities.“

„The place/hotel to go if cleanliness is your priority. Buffet breakfast was great, with a fair amount of healthy choices. Location not the most ideal if you don’t like mingling or the hussle and bussle (kind of crowded area, with lots of all kinds of traffic). Morning loud speaker prayers (at least x3 from 4am to 6am) also kind of a nuisance ... no offence to our moslem brothers. Perfect if you're a people person who like to immerse in other people's cultures; lots of eating/shopping/socializing ...

„Good hotel, it’s safe ! Good breakfast“

„We had a super stay in this Hotel, well located in down town. Very friendly, helping and courteous staff, always smiling :-) Good and fresh food at buffet, including a la carte in evening. Nice outside terrace at the fresh air for the eve. Assisted me perfectly in evening for very late check-out with minor extra costs. Many thanks for enabling a great stay in DAR for me :-)“

„Some of the amenities for this hotel need attention, however where it falls short, the staff have done a great job with being helpful, cordial and always giving a smile. My wife and I especially thank the following staff for helping us to enjoy our stay.....Jacqueline, Lorna, Hadji and Eric.“

„Selbst für afrikanische Verhältnisse eher mittelmäßig. Gut für max. 2 Tage“

„Wow what for a great Experimente! Raaj and his Staff offers a Service to all Guests that not many Hotels worldwide could do better !!!! 10 Star Service !!!“

„Friendly, authentic hotel, managed by an Indian family. Spacious rooms. Good service, friendly staff. Recommended.“
