„The bed-mattress was U-shaped !!! : Completely worn out and like a sink-hole : you drop into and can not get out again. Table setting at breakfast was sloppy and inconsistent - some table cloth ripped - other tables had none at all ( thankfully ). Food selection was average Really poor brand representation. All day music at the pool ... go somewhere else if you want to have a quiet stay. The hotel is in need of a makeover. Its tired and old in many places“

„High end Luxus “

„alles top“

„Clean spacipus rooms“

„Overall, this was one of, if not the worst experiences I have had with a hotel/resort. I do not recommend at all. Most of the property and the amenities are not well maintained. For the most part, the staff were helpful and reaponsive. They were doing their best to keep things running, but the resort is way overdue for an upgrade. The AC of the kitchenette area and the downstairs bwdroom was not working. The toilets smell like swege. The furniture and beds have clear signs of wear and ...

„Perfect for family quality time! Plenty of things to do for children and for adults too! The only thing I didn’t like: animals in cages.. I think it’s absolutely unnecessary and inhumane.“

„There is a nightclub on the first floor inside the hotel, the music coming from there makes it impossible to sleep even in the fifth floor. And this happened until 3 am on a weekday. Don't book this hotel if you are planning to sleep. The rest of the experience is also average at most. The place is rather run down.“

„Airport shuttle is expensive. They charge more than the taxi fare“

„Ganz nettes Hotel. Personal freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer grosszügig aber Klimanalage etwas laut.“
