The Space:

On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area, a fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a double room with an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.



The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, and it features convenient doors leading to the terrace. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a smart TV, along with dining facilities and easy access to the terrace.



In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a spacious king-sized bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and also doors that open onto the terrace. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead for added convenience.



On the first floor, Bedroom 2 has twin beds, air conditioning, and a charming balcony along with satellite TV. Bedroom 3 also contains twin beds and air conditioning, with satellite TV available as well. The bathroom on this floor includes a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead, along with a washing machine for your laundry needs.



Outdoors, the property boasts a lovely terrace featuring both covered and open areas, perfect for alfresco dining. Sun loungers and a parasol provide additional comfort and relaxation. For those travelling by car, there is off-road parking available, and a private outdoor pool adds to the appeal of this inviting space.

The little village of Agios Leon and the nearby villages of Lucha and Gyri retains many of the traditions of the island. Port Limnionas, a wonderful natural bay with crystal clear waters excellent for swimming and snorkelling is just 6 kilometres away.
