Bordered by fields, olive groves and vineyards, with the mountains rising in the background, the wonderful garden and pool area will be sure to entice anyone to spend a day lazing around the pool.
The spacious grounds have something to offer all - the inviting pool with separate whirlpool section, grass areas and table tennis for the more active, plus the impressive covered bar area, complete with barbecue, fridge and Smart TV, will sure to be put to use when evening arrives!

Inside, the traditional stone build property offers a home away from home. The high-ceiling living/dining area, across a split level, offers plenty of room for relaxing and eating with patio doors leading directly to the covered terraces. A double bedroom can also be found on the ground floor whilst upstairs, in the eaves, a further twin and double bedroom can be found both with their own ensuite shower facilities.

Located in the quaint village of Kalipado in central Zakynthos, an authentic Greek village, offers a small number of amenities (coffee shop 450m, mini-market 800m) within walking distance of the villa whilst retaining its natural Greek charm with traditional stone-built houses and a relaxed atmosphere. Several tavernas, bakery and additional minimarket can all be found within the village of Agios Kirikos (1.6km) just a 25 minute walk, or 5 minute drive away.  Callinico Winery Museum, Tour and Tasting (1km) is close by for those wishing to try the local grapes first hand!

Being central to the island, it is a great location for exploring further afield with a large number of picturesque beaches being within a short driving distance, with Tsilivi just a 10 minute drive away, and Alykanas Beach around a 20 minute drive away.
