The space
Chrison Modern house is a two-storey house, with high quality accommodation, modern and clean design.
It has an internal staircase and consists of three independent bedrooms, two comfortable modern bathrooms, a kitchen with modern design, an elegant modern living room and a large atmospheric terrace.
Going up to the first floor we find the first two bedrooms and a bathroom. Continuing on the second floor, we find the kitchen, the bathroom, the third bedroom and the living room. It is located in the center of Zakynthos town.
The terrace overlooks the main street of the island where all the shops are located.
The house is 500m from the port and 4km from "Dionysios Solomos" airport, also 8 minutes walk from the central square with cafes, bars and restaurants.

The first bedroom is decorated with modern aesthetics in earthy and grey tones, simple, luxurious and at the same time functional.

The second bedroom.
This is a space dominated by white and earthy shades with minimal elements of luxurious aesthetics that offer guests a relaxing aura.

• A bedside table between the beds and with the possibility, upon request, of the two single beds being joined into a king size bed 1.80x2.00.

In the hall of the first floor there is a closet with cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, mop, iron, ironing board, etc. There is also a Mini Bar which serves the downstairs bedrooms.
The bathrooms have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, vanity kit, slippers, as well as hand, face and body towels.

On the second floor there is the third bedroom. The version of the third bedroom is what the word comfort means. Its modern aesthetics in shades of gray and the natural light that enters through the windows, give a sense of wellness and relaxation.
It consists of:
• 1.20x2.00 semi-double bed with storage space and side table.
• It has a wardrobe and furniture consisting of a seat and a base for the suitcases.

On the second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen consisting of: fridge, oven with 4 burners, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, multi blender, pots, pan, dishes, cutlery, glasses, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, spices, etc. Finally, there is a washing machine and a pharmacy.
In the living room there is a corner sofa with a 43-inch Smart TV
