Tenants that use electricity rationally pay approx. 50 EUR a month. Air conditioning is the biggest consumer of electricity. The normal temperature of the apartment is considered to be 18 to 23 degrees Celsius. 22°C is recommended during the day and 18°C is recommended throughout the night.
Once a day you need to ventilate the apartment, opening the window for at least 20 minutes (otherwise the moisture will condense on the exterior walls, and molds and fungus will start to grow there). The higher temperature you set on the AC the electricity bill will be higher and molds will grow faster. Molds like it when it's warm and moist inside your apartment, so please vent it regularly and keep the temperature below 24°C all the time

For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is paid monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. The price of electricity is approximately 0,87 HRK/kWh.
