Kožino, a lovely seaside town only 10 km away from the old town of Zadar, close to the historic town of Nin, other towns like Zaton, Petrčane...there are local boat trips to the Kornati islands and interesting activities are also close by in the town of Zadar. which offers the Mediterranean lifestyle: Dalmatian market, concerts, nightlife, bars, restaurants, lovely architecture and wonderful walks along the riva...National parks such as the Plitvice lakes, Krka waterfalls, as well as the Velebit mountain range-Paklenica, invite you to beautiful hikes.

Only 30 metres to the beach, 2nd row from the sea, our house is a combination of comfort and beautiful nature and an ideal place for rest and relaxation, perfect for anyone and for those who like peaceful vacations with their family and friends.
After a day of swimming in the clear waters, or in the hot tub/jacuzzi, enjoy the beautiful views, amazing garden and a wonderful sunset.

A Mediterranean style house with beautiful garden offers two floors of spacious living, lounge and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. 1st floor - main bedroom with ensuite and TV, 2 more bedrooms with 1 bathroom and reading area. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
In the outdoor garden area there is a room with a washing machine, small fridge and toilet.
Three seating areas, barbeque, hot tub/jacuzzi, sun deck chairs, beach umbrellas, parking for 3 cars and direct access to the beach.
