„We were unable to reach the host upon check in, so we had to actually ask a neighbor of the property we happened to see if they could call them. It took nearly an hour to finally gain access to the unit. Poor communication and inconvenient, irresponsible check in when the door code wasn’t even set up for us until much later than check in. The place was nice and clean though. Book with knowing it may be hard to gain access initially. I hope they improve.“
