„We have a family stay during a trip to Nikko. The Hotel is far, and the road have many hard curves, but it was easy to find and worth the cost. The room is big enought to 4 people, warm, comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good and complete. We rented a car, and the parking is at the road in front of the hotel, and free. “

„The hotel is exactly what I imagined a perfect stay would be like in Japan. It has EVERYTHING I expected. The traditional style, the view, the food, the vibe.. The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful. I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko. “

„I had a brilliant time at this guesthouse. The owners were so lovely, kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied and wholesome and plenty of it. The room, although dated, was large and I slept really well. It had everything you needed. It is located close to all the sights of Nikko and a nearby Onsen. A bus ride takes you easily to the lake. I wish I could have stayed longer and really recommend you staying here. The hosts are amazing.“

„The first thing to say is that this hotel is a bit of a walk from the Tobu-Nikko station and probably is better suited to people arriving by car. The second thing to say is that they have a bit of an annoying guest registration where you have to enter a lot of information on a tablet computer, even if you entered it already while booking. But what was so great here was that the room felt really luxurious, the own little onsen bathtub was suprisingly popular with us and we really loved it. The ...
