„The condo was spacious and very well equipped. Location was right at the beach, so we could leave chairs (provided) and go back and forth. The Historical District is a 5 min drive with shops and amazing restaurants. There are also two good restaurants by the condo. Owner also provided a gorgeous full moon over the ocean one evening!“

„This was my first attempt at a VRBO. I am here to report that we could not have been any happier with our choice. This condo was clean, very nicely furnished, and just as described. The condo is located within an easy walk to the beach and Sliders Seaside Grill, which has really good food and live music. I highly recommend this condo. We will stay again. „Our family had a wonderful stay at Denise's property. It's in a perfect location and even had a view of the sunset from the bed! It was clean and as described on the listing. „The property was reasonably priced and had the amenities of a home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights, so we did not get a chance to use the kitchen or laundry room. But, I would come back for a longer stay. Fernandina Beach has nature, shops, and great restaurants. Our group biked, ate, and had lots of cocktails! On our drive out we stopped at the local thrift stores, always fun!“

„We've stayed in many condos in the plantation. This one definitely was 4 out of 5 stars. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it could use a little updating and the carpet might be a concern for a long term rental, but we would stay here again.“

„Very nice experience! Walk right out to the beach and pool. My kids loved seeing the tortoises in the little courtyard! Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that little “kitchenette” area is somewhat awkward. Overall, we had a great trip!“

„Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy.“
