Desert-Chic Abode with Sauna and Heatlamps, Minutes to Joshua Tree and Pappy's

This desert abode has been beautifully renovated while keeping its original charm. It is situated in a residential neighborhood while maintaining the feeling of open space as it sits on a half-acre lot. The decor gives a desert-chic vibe, with comfort and every detail kept in mind. Splash around in the backyard pool or warm up in the sauna, throw something on the barbecue, or play some foosball in the game room. Wake up feeling rested in one of the plush memory foam beds. Restaurants, shops, and the National Park are all a short drive away.

This house has been designed, furnished, and decorated with love by its owners. It features a spacious kitchen for gourmet cooking, an open layout living and dining area, and 4 bedrooms with three full baths. Stay cool under the shaded area outback - or indoors with our modern Nest cooling system. Or cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the living room. This home is your perfect desert getaway.

—Parking
There is shaded parking out front of the house and room for several vehicles.

—Smart TV
We have a smart TV with Ruko. Ruko guest mode allows you to sign in to your favorite streaming platforms and will sign you out at the end of your trip.

—Pool
Anyone under 18 needs his/her parents present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No glass near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guest's safety.
Please note that the pool service is between 2pm - 4pm every Thursday, they will normally access the pool from the backyard.

—Dishes
Please load and run the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes.

—Broken Items
We understand that accidents happen, if anything breaks down - even if it's your fault - let us know so we can send someone to fix it or replace it for you and future guests.

Please leave the house in a neat and tidy condition. Thank you for your consideration.

—Plumbing
These pipes are older than the Joshua trees...not really but please do not flush anything (even "flushable" wipes) down the toilet, except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.

—Video & Audio-level monitoring
Audio level is monitored using Minut audio level monitoring. Rest assured we cannot hear anything but are alerted if noise levels exceed normal levels for a sustained period.

Camera - the front doorbell also functions as a camera so video and audio are recorded through this device. Rest assured this is only used to assist with check-in or in case a safety issue occurs.

—Parties or Events or Extra Guest
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.

—Pets
We love animals and are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs. A $60 cleaning fee will be charged to remove hair and extra mess. You are required to disclose before booking if you will be bringing a dog. Also, please pick up after your dog and keep them off the furniture.

—No-Smoking
Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed on the property or within 15 feet of exterior doors. Please dispose of cigarettes in a plastic bag and put them in the outdoor trash can. If the above is not maintained, we will charge a $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. I appreciate your cooperation!

—BBQ and Outdoor eating
The barbecue is a 4-burner propane grill with an electric starter. With heat lamps nearby you can grill comfortably and eat under heat lamps.

—Checking Out
Please check out by 11:00 AM. Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. Let us know if this is going to be a problem so we can plan accordingly. For late checkout, we will reserve the right to assess a late of of $50 per hour.
