„We’re a family of 16: 8 adults and 8 children ages 3-13. This is our 3rd summer to rent a house together. Everyone said that the Hilltop Farmhouse is the best house we have ever rented. The pool was the highlight and it was so nice to swim without the bright sun. The kitchen is amazing with a commercial grade refrigerator and a regular refrigerator. „We enjoyed the house and lake from the minute we arrived. We are a large group of 18 from adults to infants and there was plenty of room for all of us! We all thought that the host took the time to make sure that anything we even thought about needing was available for our use. Thank you!!“

„This was a lovely little cottage on a shared property in a remote wooded area. The amenities (pool, fireplace, and trampoline) were great hits with my kids and the setting in the woods was stunning. The hosts were exceedingly gracious and kind. That said just note that the property is shared so you are utilizing the grounds of the host. “

„Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. „Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. “

„The perfect peaceful, private getaway while still being only 10-15 minutes outside of two towns with plenty of restaurants and activities for those who like to get out and about. It was clean and very comfortable. Everything is extremely well stocked; games, movies, kitchen items, the owners really went above and beyond! A great place to beat the heat and take a break. “
