Discover this beautiful, new-build one-bedroom home, perfectly located just a short walk from the heart of York. Stylish and thoughtfully designed, it’s ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. Enjoy a spacious bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and all the modern comforts of home. With private driveway parking for one car, exploring York’s historic charm or the scenic countryside beyond couldn’t be easier.

This welcoming new build offers a comfortable, stay for up to 4 guests, with the option of a travel cot for families with young children.

On the ground floor, guests can access the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area which welcomes you with a comfortable, home away from home feel. Further along the hallway, you can find the plush, comfortable living area, complete with two generously sized sofas that provide plenty of seating, creating a cosy space for relaxation. One of these can be used as a double sofa bed (please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to use this). The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering access Freely App which provides free to air stations along with streaming services such as Amazon Prime, (guests will need to provide their own login details), and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the space for your convenience.

Also off the main hallway you can find the master bedroom, a peaceful retreat featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and ample storage space for all your belongings.

The cosy bathroom is thoughtfully designed with fixtures, including a washbasin, a bath with a shower, and a W/C.

Outside, the property boasts a charming sun-soaked private garden area, a true haven for outdoor relaxation. Whether you’re looking to unwind or entertain, this outdoor space offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity.

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
