„The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. „Da Merom Golan nicht direkt ein Hotel ist, sondern ein Kibbutz, sind die Ansprüche anders. Wichtig ist uns die Atmosphaere, sind die Leute um uns herum. In Merom Golan gefällt es uns allgemein sehr gut, darum sind wir schon seit mehreren Jahren bei ihnen zu Gast. Das werden wir weitherhin so halten.“

The room was super clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, lots of lights, outlets, etc. A/C and heat were excellent - we were pleased to be upgraded to a nice cabin with more space - free bottles of water and a cake - what a nice touch. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. All in all - we were very pleased and would gladly recommend this place as well ...
