„Property location is exceptional for food after a long day of work. Property is outdated and needs urgent renovation. Have been visiting for several years and always book the best room type, but rooms are getting older and used. AC was not working and noise from the street in floor 18 was vey high still due to the poor quality of the windows.“

„I asked them for an early morning wake-up call and to book a taxi they forgot to do both! I was very lucky not to miss my flight! If they can’t do simple things like this they shouldn’t be a hotel!“

„Muy oscura la habitación, no hablan inglés en lobby, no entienden inglés en room service (nunca me llegó lo que pedí), solo 3 asensores para 25 pisos y resulta que el quinto tiene salón de eventos, imposible el asensor en los momentos que entran, salen o descansan en los eventos del quinto piso, buen desayuno, excelente ubicación.“
