Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu normalen Preisen gibt es in Gardiner. Die medizinische Versorgung ist sehr gut (wenn man sie benötigt) durch die Klinik in Mammoth Hot Springs (ca. 15 min.). Zum Lamar Valley fährt man etwa eine Stunde, zum Hayden Valley 1,5 h. Das schreckt ersteinmal ab, aber der Weg dorthin ist ebenfalls ...

„Exactly as described and right on the river. I enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning watching a small herd of elk across the river and listening to river run past. So peaceful and you could walk anywhere in town within minutes. Side note: it is the lower unit so upstairs guest can cause some noise with walking across the floor but it’s still five stars worthy in my book.“

„Excellent facility with everything you need for a pleasant carefree stay. This place had more room than we needed and it was very comfortable. Lots of interesting decorations and a beautiful garden. Gardiner itself could use some better eatery solutions. The vegetarian in our group had little to no options and there was always a long wait to eat at supper time. Food shopping was limited too. Bring you own groceries and use the generously equipped kitchen at the cabin. “

„Amazing house! Equipped with all of our needs. Plenty of wood for the fireplace, hot tub was amazing after skiiing and wonderfully private staring into the snowy woods. Ski in was super easy & fun! Landing you right at the driveway. Walking to the otter lift only took about 10 min, and was also very easy in the conditions we had. Would come stay again in this winter wonderland! We had kiddos so we would drive the kids to the base, then park our car in the driveway and walk to the otter lift. So ...

„The cabin was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. It was clean, well equipped and decorated nicely. Communication with owner from reservation, check in to check out was excellent. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere sitting on the back deck with the view of the mountains and wildlife walking by. The location was good for day trips to Yellowstone. Close to downtown Big Sky and activities. Would recommend this cabin to others. Also liked that is was pet friendly.“

„The cabin was clean and great for driving into Lamar Valley. They appear to be building a few cabins, so with the construction nearby and recent heavy rain, it was a bit muddy trying to get parked, but we made it. The stoop is concrete but the driveway is gravel, so we carried our suitcases rather than rolling them over the mud. There is no central heat, but the two provided plug-in heaters kept us toasty and warm. The decor is super cute and the beds were comfy and cozy. The kitchen was well ...

„Exactly as pictured, and what you would expect for a cabin in the woods. Little walk down to the river which is so relaxing. Easy check in and check out. Very dog friendly - we’ve booked “dog friendly” before and then they end up with a hundred rules about the dogs, not here which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Maybe ten minutes from red lodge which is so nice! Highly recommend staying here, wish we could have stayed more than one night. Hoping to come back again! “
