I misplaced my pajamas during my stay, and although they couldn’t be recovered, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. The hotel itself is fantastic: spotlessly clean, modern, and stylish. It’s also super centrally located, making it perfect for exploring the area. And the pool? Simply amazing – a true highlight! "Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Queen Victoria Market mit vielen Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und zu essen. In 3 Minuten ist die Tram zu erreichen, mit der man kostenlos in die weitere Innenstadt fahren kann. Unser Zimmer war schön groß mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, die wir aber nicht genutzt hatten. Verfügbar war außerdem ein Gym und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Hotel verfügt über kein Restaurant, aber eine Bar/Cafe und bietet kostenlos Wasser an. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! "

"The hotel and stay was excellent. Even though the room was paid beforehand, they charged me again. All attempts to claim the money back did not trigger any reaction and no reimbursement was done. Watch out "

"Neben dem Hotel wurde ein Gebäude abgerissen und dem entsprechend arbeiteten auch 3-4 Bagger mit Spitzhammer volles rohr. Zum ausschlafen war es leider nicht möglich, denn der Baulärm hielt dich dementsprechend in der früh davon ab. Sonst war der Rest gut."
