„Here’s a polished and professional version that keeps the complaint strong: The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms. When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern? The hotel also has a very nice restaurant, which we recommend ordering from – you can not only enjoy delicious food there but also admire the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable, including the bathroom – everything worked perfectly, everything ...
