This custom four-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and entertainment—making it an ideal escape for families, friends, or wine-tasting getaways.



Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at home in the open-concept main living area. The chef’s kitchen, complete with quality appliances and ample counter space, flows seamlessly into the dining and living spaces—creating the perfect setting for shared meals and cozy conversations. Just beyond the great room, step out onto the expansive deck where stunning forest and valley views stretch out before you. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon glass of wine, or an evening under the stars while soaking in the hot tub.



Downstairs, the home transforms into an entertainment haven. The game room is packed with fun for everyone—featuring a pool table, poker table, air hockey, foosball, and more. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
