The Space:

You arrive, step inside and the view takes over. It draws you through the living spaces and out toward the balcony, where the coastline opens up in full.



Shadows Suite is the private two-bedroom suite within the larger Shadows Residence, thoughtfully designed for guests seeking the same spectacular oceanfront position in a more intimate setting. Everything you need is contained on one level, creating an easy, relaxed stay without compromising on space or comfort.



The heart of the suite is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, where floor-to-ceiling views lead effortlessly onto the balcony. Whether you're enjoying a slow breakfast, an afternoon with a good book or watching the sun sink over the coastline, this is where holiday moments naturally unfold.



Two queen bedrooms are positioned on this level, alongside a spacious bathroom and a full laundry, making the suite equally suited to weekend escapes or longer stays.



Access is simple and considered. Guests can arrive via the secure garage and take the lift directly to the suite, providing step-free access into the main living area, bedrooms and bathroom without the need to climb any stairs.



Throughout the suite, everything has been thoughtfully prepared. You'll find Leif bathroom consumables, kitchen essentials including tea and coffee, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a long, unhurried dinner shared on the balcony overlooking the ocean.



If you're travelling with a larger group or simply looking for additional space, "Shadows Residence" includes this entire suite plus an additional upper level featuring another bedroom, ensuite, media room and separate living spaces. Travelling with an even bigger group? We also manage "Shadows on Convent", the separate three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence below, making it easy for extended families and friends to holiday together while enjoying their own private spaces.



Guest Access:

Arrive and head straight to the property, with secure access via a lockbox on site so there’s no need to detour for keys or coordinate arrival times. Once inside, you’ll have access to the lock-up garage and can take the lift directly up to the suite. It’s simple, private and designed so your stay begins the moment you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Street is one of Yamba’s most tightly held pockets, elevated above Convent Beach with uninterrupted views and a quiet, coastal rhythm that feels a world away from anywhere busy. It’s the kind of street people return to year after year, not for show, but for how it feels. From here, everything is within reach. All five of Yamba’s beaches are an easy walk, each with its own mood depending on the day. The lighthouse sits just along the headland, perfect for early mornings when the light is soft and the air is still. Town is a short stroll away, where you’ll find a mix of boutiques, bakeries and places to settle in for a long lunch or an easy dinner. There’s also a local café just around the corner, ideal for that first coffee before the day properly begins.



Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless from Shadows Suite. Leave the car in the secure garage and explore Yamba on foot, with beaches, cafés, restaurants, boutiques and the Pacific Hotel all within an easy stroll. Wander along the coastline, stop for a swim at Main Beach or Pippi Beach, enjoy a morning coffee in town or spend the afternoon discovering Yamba's vibrant dining scene. If you're keen to explore further afield, Angourie, Iluka and Yuraygir National Park are all just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Lift access is available from the garage directly to Shadows Suite, providing easy, accessible entry to the entire suite without the need to use stairs.



Please note there is no air conditioning at this property. The home is designed to capture the coastal breeze and fresh ocean air throughout the day.



We welcome up to two well-behaved pets at Shadows Residence. Please note there is no yard available for pets and we ask that pets are not left unattended at the property at any time.



To help us maintain the home for all guests, pets must remain off the furniture and linens throughout your stay. Guests are responsible for leaving the property clean and tidy and any additional cleaning required or damage caused by pets will be charged at cost.



To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, this property has a strict no smoking, no vaping, no parties, no loud music and no school leavers policy.
