„Everything was great , besides the shower was very cold and the water pressure wasn’t good , besides that everything was great great great“

„We did a one night stay at the hotel, which was enough. The hotel and staff are overall nice, but the building has seen better days. The room was small and the futon was very thin so it wasn't a pleasant sleep unfortunately. The onsen is small but nice. The glamping part looked nice though.“

„Nice room. Clean public bath. Right on the lake. Cross the street onto the dock for sunrise over fuji“

„The hotel is very nice and quiete. The room is very clean. Bathrooms and toilets are super clean. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. We were able to see Mt. Fuji for 30 minutes in the morning.“

„The place is clean and nice. If you like the feeling of a sort of ryokan in the woods where deer walk through the garden, you might like it. Note that there are no staff on site and the only option to cook is a microwave. The place is best for people with their own transport who do not want to cook but want peace and quiet in a forest. It is up in the woods behind Yamanakako, further back than the map in Expedia makes it seem. If you find the Yamanakako Village Office on the map, trace west ...
