Split into multiple levels, the middle terrace with terracotta tiles boasts a magnificent heated* pool, surrounded by reclining sun loungers, whilst the upper terrace features a brick-built BBQ and basin, with alfresco dining and a cushioned seating area. Ideal for catching the rays whilst enjoying a good book and a glass of homemade sangria. The lower terrace is where we find a children's play area and the stylish hot tub, ideal for a relaxing dip amongst the bubbles whilst the kids enjoy the fun of the terrace. If you enter the property from the lower ground floor, you'll find yourself in the lounge, an ideal room for keeping the kids or the big kids entertained. Here we find an air hockey table, pool table, music system, TV, games console and a cosy sofa. The lower ground floor is where we also find the first three bedrooms, bedroom one has two sets of twin beds, whilst bedrooms two and three each have a king-size bed. These bedrooms share a large family bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor where we find the final two ensuite bedrooms and a modern kitchen and dining room. 
Villa Amina is ideal for those that don't want to hire a car, as local bars, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. You can also leave the terrace via a patio gate, saving you from walking around the long way. Within a 25-minute walk you can reach the very heart of Playa Blanca, with its seafront restaurants and boutique shops. As an added bonus, Villa Amina also comes with complimentary pool towels for your holiday in the sun.
*As can be seen from the images, this property features a number of steps throughout the villa. Therefore we don't recommend this villa for guests with mobility issues.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area of Playa Blanca. The parking is on a lower level. To access the villa there is a path which is 89cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The terrace is on split levels. There are 6 steps to the BBQ area and a further set of steps down to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. The bedrooms and ensuites on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps to the lower ground floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and on the ground floor.
