„We've stayed in many Kindness Hotels before, but it was the first time to try out the one in Taitung. Immediately on arrival, we were surprised by the great service - being greeted with an umbrella at the taxi, this kind of service is unusual for the brand. „We loved our stay! Our room was spacious! The yard is amazing! We enjoyed breakfast outdoors on the patio! Breakfast was plenty! Villa does not use chemical pesticides and being so close to nature we did have to deal with some insects come in. Small price to pay.“

„Had the most amazing stay here in Dec 2025. We have a 5 year old and the owner was attentive to our needs. The place is very accommodative for those with kids. „Really nice place near the station. Easy to take the shuttle into the city and the train to Luye and Chishang. I would definitely stay here again.“

„Room was not clean and the refrigerator was unstable. It almost tipped over several times because its feat were not properly secured.“

„good hotel for families with small kids. When we were there the pool was closed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately the breakfast was very mediocre. “

„Clean rooms, nice breakfast.“
