„Hot Springs “

„The room has a bathtub which has piped onsen water. The pools were all dry, I think it is due to the coming typhoon. There was hardly any staff left on yhe property, the restaurant was closed. So we had to walk a half hour to the nearest convenient store to buy instant noodles.“

„Very spacious room and beautiful location!“

„Sejour parfait, propre, grand espace, machine a laver.

„Had the most amazing stay here in Dec 2025. We have a 5 year old and the owner was attentive to our needs. The place is very accommodative for those with kids. It’s also very spacious, bright and clean. The owner is super friendly. Cooked us decent breakfast. She offered us custard apple the next day when we told them about our love for it. Also gave us good guidance on where to go and eat for our short 2 nights stay here. Highly recommend staying in this rare gem for those who are in the ...

„Friendly staff at arrival. Breakfast staff also very nice. Room was great. Had good sleep Will choose this hotel again when I come back to Taitung“

„We've stayed in many Kindness Hotels before, but it was the first time to try out the one in Taitung. Immediately on arrival, we were surprised by the great service - being greeted with an umbrella at the taxi, this kind of service is unusual for the brand. Generally everbody in the hotel was super hospitable and tried everything to make our stay perfect (unfortunately it was only for one night). The hotel offers free breakfast, late night supper, all day drinks, ice cream and small snacks. The ...
