„Wir haben uns von Anfang an im Chateau Elan wohlgefühlt. Herzlicher Empfang mit "upgrade" auf ein größeres Apartment. Es gibt ein Spa mit umfangreichem Angebot, das wir genutzt haben. In der Umgebung das Hunter Valley mit seinen zahlreichen Weingütern. Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Tage hier. Absolut zu empfehlen! “

„The property was great. I was a little disappointed that there was very small tubes of shampoo etc for two person stay over two nights and a request for fresh towels seemed to be an extra forty or so dollars. I never mind paying for accommodation so long as I don't have to supplement basics like shampoo or fresh towels, particularly as the nearest shops are about twenty minutes drive away. „Very large rooms, free use of kitchen (for breakfast and coffee/tea). they had several showers and toilets in wet areas separate for men and women. Although there was a function on we had no issues with the noise apart for our room that was next to the wooden staircase, this was audible, especially if a group would be traveling to their place of rest.“

„Der erste eindruck war sehr positiv. Wenn auch die Hilfe betr. Ausflügen am Empfang eher dürftig war. Das lag wohl auch daran, dass Maitland nicht im Herzen der Hunter Valley Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Wer wirklich das Hunter Valley mit seinem Gardens und den Winzern anschauen will, der sollte eher ein Hotel In Proserpine oder Cessnock suchen.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Provence. It has a that kind of rustic charm in appearance you would expect in a French Villa..... a little tarnish but with loads of character and so total perfection is not necessary. The owner was lovely, very accommodating when I asked for a foldout bed and a late check out. When in the Hunter Valley I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.“

„Love this place! The room/cabin is great-it’s comfortable and very thoughtfully appointed. The surroundings are very quiet and it was lovely to watch the sunset from the veranda. Lots of kangaroos around, too.
