Just a short stroll from the property is The Mid Norfolk Railway with steam and diesel trains running to the market town of Dereham with many gala weekends and special events throughout the year. Opposite the property is the Station Bistro which serves tea, coffee, cakes and breakfasts. Visit Sheringham home of the North Norfolk Steam Railway on the North Norfolk Coast with trains to Weybourne and Holt. Other attractions include National Trust properties nearby include Blickling and Felbrigg Halls, Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens, Pensthorpe and Wroxham, heart of the Norfolk Broads where you can hire a day boat and explore the waterways at a leisurely pace.
