„- Wall power sockets were unsafe in 2/3 rooms on the same floor (sparks, burnt the charger, not stick on the wall) - Had to move room without any assistance at 12-1AM on the first night due to the wall sockets (we had to argue to move as well) - No smoke detectors - safety issue - also on a non-smoking floor (there’s definitely people smoking) - Room not cleaned properly - used cups not replaced or cleaned, cleaning staff continually forget to replace used amenities (eg. mosquito repellent) - ...
