„We observed severe black mold on enclosed front porch which permeated the house. Very dirty, dusty. The MB bathroom had hair in the shower drain. 1 bathroom garbage wasnt emptied. Yard and outside were clearly under construction. House should not be rented.“

„The place has a quiet serene tasteful ambience. Well designed house with ease of movement and double door entry through teh back too. The summer would be lovely inheh back porch. We did have to scan my driving license again through a seperate portal, but vrbo assured me that was okay. Quiet beautiful, well kept place. A very nice sitout and porch at the back. We were here early spring, comfy cozy bed with minimalist but tasteful decor. Had all t the basic utensils, coffee, tea sugar etc. ...

„We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. “

This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! “

„It is what it is. I am way too old to be doing that style of camping anymore. Just not for me. There was a lot of communication when I booked but haven't heard anything since. I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked!
