In den Dünen an der nördlichen, abgelegenen Zipfel der Insel gelegen, bietet Wrightsville Dunes eine breite, weiße Sandstrand von privaten Gehwege abgerufen. Sie fühlen sich wie Sie den ganzen Strand für sich allein haben! Genießen Sie einen gemütlichen Spaziergang entlang der Küste bis zum Ende der Shell Island, wo exklusive Figure Eight Island ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, auf Masons Inlet. Entspannen Sie sich in einer bequemen Liege an einem der Swimmingpools günstig neben Gebäude F befindet, oder ein Spiel oder zwei an die Gemeinde Tennisplatz spielen.

** Ab dem 2. Januar 2019 wird für alle Ferienwohnungen von 5 bis 21 Übernachtungen die Bettwäsche inbegriffen. An 4 oder weniger Nächten haben Sie noch die Möglichkeit, Bettwäsche zu mieten oder selbst mitzubringen. Wäschereiaufträge und Bettwaren können zu Ihrer Reservierung zu den Kosten pro Mietvertrag hinzugefügt werden. **

Der Wrightsville Dunes-Komplex erfordert, dass alle Fahrzeuge einen von der HOA ausgestellten Parkausweis anzeigen, während sie auf dem Grundstück geparkt sind, um Zitate zu vermeiden. Pässe werden strikt durchgesetzt und sind auf zwei pro Mieteinheit begrenzt. Es können keine Ausnahmen gemacht werden. Für alle Reservierungen, die zwischen Mai und September stattfinden, sind Parkausweise erforderlich, die 10 US-Dollar entrichten. 00 für die beiden erlaubten Pässe, die beim Einchecken an den Reservierungsinhaber ausgegeben werden.

Es gibt 2 zugewiesene Parkplätze und einen Aufzug zu allen Etagen. Belegung: 6. Rauchen verboten. Keine Haustiere.

Relaxing escape

My friend and I, both busy medical professionals, were looking for a place to celebrate her birthday and get a much needed escape from the stress of work. I happen to come upon this listing. It was spacious, quiet and oceanfront. It was enough to Carolina Beach in order to find excitement and Brits Doughnuts (a must) as well as dining locally and in Wilmington but far enough to avoid the crowds, traffic and noise. The place is beautifully decorated and stocked. Communication with management was easy. Only wish check in (4pm) was a little earlier and check out (10am) was later. I’ll definitely return.

Quick trip to beach

Spur of the moment decision to take a few days off and head to the beach with my grandson and his friend. The condo was perfect in every way. Easy access to beach and pool and tennis courts. Beautiful view of the ocean. Everything was seamless and allowed us to maximize our 3 days. Will def book again!

Relaxing Getaway

Everything was very clean. Having little ones as well as grandmother and parents, there was plenty of room to spread out. The 1 and 2 year old enjoyed easy access to beach, pool on the property and playing on enclosed patio. We will be back!

Great location and beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Most important to us was being on the beach so we loved the view and being steps from the ocean! The balcony furniture could use an upgrade, but we were only there 2 nights so it was fine. The bathrooms were clean and nicely upgraded. We don’t really use the kitchen, but it seemed well-equipped. My biggest complaint would be that the area rugs and runners throughout the condo all had curled edges on them which was a big tripping hazard, especially for my elderly mother. I would recommend they be replaced asap. Overall, it was a nice weekend stay. Condo complex was very nice, quiet, and the pool was great!

Nice area

View was perfect, property is nice and quiet. The condo had rugs on the floors that were peeling upward on the corners , unsafe for walking if you don’t pay close attention. Dated furniture and decor. Bed in the master bedroom is not very comfortable as it’s an older mattress set. Dining room set has rolling chairs on top of a rug peeling upward as well, difficult to sit in without rolling across the rug up to the table .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has great views! This was our first time staying on the north end. It was very secluded and peaceful. Yes, it was off season, but the locals said it was like that even during busier times. Overall, this is a great oceanfront condo. It’s spacious and is in a quiet community. The furniture and kitchen are dated for the cost of the unit, though. The water was the worst part. It has a strong sulfur smell. The owner needs to invest in a water treatment system.

Wrightsville Dunes Lange condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the Wrightsville Dunes complex beachfront location. The condo furnishings were fine but there are several maintenance issues that badly need to be addressed. The grout in master bath shower/ tub is black and moldy looking -The kitchen stove is very old and a burner would not turn off creating a fire hazard -there was no fire extinguisher or land line -my cell was discharged so I had to get it charged up to call maintenance -maintenance Man talked me through turning off breaker -kitchen needs new stove -refrigerator is rusty -I brought these problems to Bryant’s attention on checkout and was told someone would call me. I have not heard from them-

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: By the third day we were dealing with a gross plumbing/sewerage malefunction. This went on for an entire day,dealing with the plumber,repairs and then the toilet repeated its bad performance,so another day was wasted. I did all the cleaning and monitoring of the plumbing functions. The next day we were told not to use any water,toilets, kitchen and bathrooms. This went on for eight hours. My husband is suffering from a brain tumor that has left him seriously handicapped. The odor,the turmoil and the loss of bathroom availability was very upsetting to him in his limited capacity. Needless to say this was a huge negative.

Definitely NOT a vacation rental!

Think "furnished long term rental". Vacation rental means bring your clothes and they provide the rest. Yeah, unless you want dishwashing liquid, brushes/sponges to wash dishes, A HAIRDRYER for crying out loud, more than one roll of toilet paper (which was a partial roll at that), more than one small cheap roll of paper towels, dishwasher liquid or pods, laundry supplies, foil, basically anything you need beyond furniture. And the bonus? The condo complex has a pool, and is beachfront. But if you want towels, you have to pay extra. ABSURD. No beach chairs, no beach towels, nothing but furniture and dishes. And the beds were Grandma's hand me downs and super uncomfortable. Plus it was filthy. We always take our shoes off at the door, and especially in a beach location. This is common courtesy and how we live at home. However, after just a short time barefoot, my feet were so black and filthy that we wore shoes from the minute we stepped out of the shower. I spilled a small bit of water and wiped it up with a paper towel - the disgusting paper towel picture is attached. This is one swipe across a small part of the kitchen floor. The one thing they couldn't control was the location and it was awesome. But the rest that WAS under the so-called vacation management was -1000 stars.To make the experience even more blatantly awful was we immediately booked into the next rental in Florida, and not only did we have all the above, they even left us a pack of beer! Take heed, stay away!

Will not rent from Bryant Real Estate again.

The house had a nice layout and a nice view. The people that we came into contact with at Bryant Real Estate were very gracious but could not help us. The problem as far as we are concerned is the whole process of your company and your approach to treating your customers. We received this thick contract in small print, all legalese, heavy on what the renter should and shouldn't do and how much extra charge he or she will incur if he or she does or does not do things you specify. No responsibility on your part even though you charge a hefty guest services fee. We reported immediately that the blinds in both the master bedroom and the living room didn't work. We were told it couldn't be fixed during our stay. We reported the television and the master bedroom didn't work, nothing was done about it. We reported that one of the windows mechanism in the master bedroom didn't work, nothing was done about it. The lampshade in an one of the lamps in the master bedroom was wobbly and had to be propped up to prevent it from falling over. The refrigerator is rusty and peeling. It was clear that no check out of the place iwas performed from a maintenance point of view before it is rented out. We were left wondering what the guest services we were charged were for. I rented a house in the mountains a few months ago through VRBO. And found the process user-friendly and the owner with whom I interacted conscious that he received payment and therefore should provide good services for the money. I did not get that from you at all. In fact I got the impression from reading your unreadablecontract that you were expecting us to make all sorts of mistakes and we're ready to pounce with your additional chargers. For example, why would you threaten to charge $50 for a parking permit, with a expiration date that makes it unusable after the date and is made of paper that you will clearly discard after we return it? That contract is not a pleasant thing to receive when you go on vacation. So please do not bother sending anymore communications about your properties. Again I want to emphasize that this is about the company and the company process, not your employees, who were uniformly gracious and try to help.

Reviewer Comments: The cond was dirty, the blinds and thermostat did not work, the furniture was dirty, the bedding and towels were minimal and coverlet was dirty. The refrigerator had rust over the entire front panel. I can’t beliebpve Bryant realty had been in this property to oversee its quality. We would like some financial compensation for this stay which was highly unsatisfactory.

Another Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Wrightsville Beach almost every year and have rented through Bryant multiple times. This was our first time staying in the Lange condo. Lange measures up to the other condos we have occupied. The photos of the unit on your website were totally accurate. The condo was clean, beds comfy, great ocean view, awesome sunrise views. Can see the sunset from the front porch, which is a definite bonus (meaning it is not obscured by houses across the street, at least not at the time of year we were there -- arrived the weekend after Labor Day). All appliances worked and the fridge was the first one to have a working ice-maker out of the other Wrightsville Dunes units we have occupied. Only suggestions would be a larger pot in the kitchen for boiling pasta, a flyswatter, and a pair of kitchen scissors/shears. We had a few minor problems (cracked coffee carafe, blinds in the living room would not open and close, malfunctioning light in the master bath) and these were corrected by your maintenance guy almost immediately. They were also very friendly and I enjoyed talking with them while they were there working. I wish I could remember their names in order to give them a shout-out. Could u please look at who was there and let them know. Would definitely recommend both Bryant and the Lange unit at Wrightsville Dunes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely perfect location on the beach. Nice and quiet with easy access to beach. Perfect for families and the pool was wonderful. Condo is a little dated, but that was reflected in price, so not a big surprise for us. My only suggestion is to replace the refrigerator in the kitchen.
