„Lovely hotel situated just outside city limits. Easily accessible. Plenty of good car parking with well maintained lawns. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Standard double room was a little on the small side but it is a Georgian property so to be expected. Perfectly adequate. Very clean and cosy. Bijou! Cosy seating areas in the lounge/bar. Breakfast was excellent. Good choice of hot dishes or continental buffet. Great customer service all round. Great value for money. Will definitely be ...

„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„Die Lage des Gästehauses ist ideal, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erkunden zu können und auch vom Bahnhof innerhalb 15 Min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Team, insbesondere Karen, hat keine Mühe gescheut, uns "late arrival (nach 6.00 p.m)" zu ermöglichen und war auch sonst äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus liegt sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Erwartungen für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, um diese historisch bedeutsame Stadt entdecken zu können. “

„Hatten bei Ankunft leider eine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, die nicht funktionierte ( alte englische Pracht 😊). Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht. Kleiner Umzug war nötig. Kein Problem!“

„War sehr überrascht zu diesem Preis ein so gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Lincoln zu finden. Für englische Verhältnisse sehr großes Zimmer. Absolut sauber. Top Ausstattung mit TV, großzügiger Sanitärbereich, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten u. paar Süssigkeiten gratis. Im Erdgeschoß Kühlschrank mit gratis Wasserflaschen. Sehr freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Immer ansprechbar. Eigener Hausschlüssel für Eingangstür. Für meine Bedürfnisse das perfekte Hotel.“
