"Smart flats is unmanned and has a online pre check in, which gives you codes for the doors. Location wise a couple of minutes walk from the tram. Parking is on street which was full. On arrival the front door was unlocked, the inner door and room door have a wireless cylinder type lock which some other guests have had issues with. (I tried the keyboxes first). "The apartment was beautiful and clean although the floor and walls could use a good scrubbing. Everything is very modern and well situated. Check in was a little difficult with the technology, but we got help via cell phone. Next day was a holiday so no one on-site. We missed our train and arrived after Jerome was off. The bathroom door was stuck open (apt 1.2) so for 4 women it was a little problem. It was fixed on Friday. "

"The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."

Two problems though: we can't enjoy the swimming pool on Sunday afternoons, and the breakfast is just disgusting... serving some kind of egg paste instead of two scramble eggs is not acceptable in such hotels.
