At the heart of the house lies the kitchen, a welcoming space with an Everhot range, bean-to-cup coffee machine and dining table large enough for everyone to gather and share meals. A cloakroom and utility room make life easy for muddy boots and laundry, while a study with log-burning stove and countryside views provides a peaceful retreat for work or reading.

Upstairs, the master suite is a highlight with its super-king bed, private dressing room and smart TV. Two further king bedrooms and a cosy single offer comfortable accommodation for families or groups, and the family bathroom provides both a refreshing shower and a long soak in the tub depending on your mood.

The Three Counties Showground is only three miles away and hosts everything from RHS flower shows to antiques fairs. Local farm shops and nearby supermarkets make stocking up simple, while the stunning Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds are within easy reach, offering endless opportunities for walking, cycling and nature escapes.

Please note: For guests bringing small children, one of the king beds is very high, we have a log-burner in the home and a wildlife pond.

You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit of £300 with a non-refundable admin fee of £6 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver of £25, which would protect you up to £300 of accidental damage during your stay.
