„Die Woche in diesem sehr schönen, mit liebevollen Details eingerichteten Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kaffee in der Morgensonne auf der Schaukelbank, Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und Bäume, uvm. waren für uns rundum gut. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, aber auch bei hohen Temperaturen war das mit offenen Fenstern (alle mit Mückenschutz) gut zu regeln. Die Betten waren gut. „The home is well located near town and clean with great views of Cannon Mountain. When they say rustic, they mean it : with young kids, consider is you’re ok with bees and wasps. We saw a lot inside the home, alive and dead. We were told the following: “While it's not a common occurrence, dead bees or other insects can occasionally appear overnight. „The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken“

„Great location and having access to the resort amenities was phenomenal!! Extremely responsive owner and the house had everything we needed, without question. The basement level is a little worn and the outside a bit untidy but the main floor and loft areas were perfect for our needs. Great, open, communal space and was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us!!“

„The house has LOTS of room. Good sized rooms could accommodate more than 8 people. The spacious, well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The huge dining table was perfect for eating, playing board games and spending evenings together. The large deck, outdoor furniture, and grill also gave us the option to eat outside. Location was great for our group of hikers. It was only 16 min drive to Mt. Washington. We had great time and we enjoyed our stay!“

„This property was an excellent place for our group whom was touring the White Mountains on street bikes. Wonderful kitchen area that accommodated our love for cooking and we really enjoyed the screened in porch area. Stunning Master bed / bath and great rooms for the rest of our group. The layout offers a nice selection for various taste. Communication with the property owners was prompt and issues were addressed immediately. Would recommend to others.“

„The place was incredibly clean, with all the extras for families to have a great getaway. There were board games for kids of all ages and puzzles too. The porch is so peaceful with an amazing view of the mountain with plenty of seats. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed. The bathroom had heated floors which was amazing for the winter time. The loft does get a little hot but the kids loved it! They had all the little things we needed for coffee and cooking which made packing for this trip ...

„We really enjoyed the chalet, super clean and very new. The lake is so peaceful and beautiful, we spent so much time on the balcony with the kiddos looking at the water. Wish the weather cooperated a bit more so we could enjoy the fire pit area but it was still really nice. I’d recommend this place as a quiet retreat or as an option during the ski season for sure.
