„Easy communication. Directions to home said not to use gps - but the directions were not accurate. Gps worked for others just fine. Downstairs smelled very damp and musty and the whole house was dirty. Food and mouse poop in pullout couch. Top bunk unmade. Dirt and hair on bathroom floors. 1/2 (opened) bag of marshmallows left on counter along with sleeve of graham crackers. Despite all this we still had a fun family night there and once windows opened it smelled fine. “

For example, no dish soap or sponge despite only having 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The driveway is sand but there's no door mat so we had to sweep every day. The area is OK.
