the most painted views of Overlook Mountain. Sweeping grassland habitat, riparian forest and ponds make this spot a profoundly relaxing and peaceful area. Mowed walking paths accessible from the cottage property.
This an ideal artists' retreat. The cottage has lots of natural light and offers healing energy.
This home is peaceful and delicate. It is rustic and quaint and Guests will be asked to tread lightly and be mindful of their setting and surroundings.

This is a fully furnished home, with many personal touched from the artist who lives here full time. Offered monthly as a fully furnished house, with all utilities included : heat, hot water, electric, internet, plowing. Has a full kitchen to cook , open dining and living room, two small bedrooms, one small bathroom and a small covered porch. It is within a short drive to the town of Woodstock , Saugerties and Kingston.

There are views of a nature preserve right from the windows. The trails start right at the edge of the property.

Potential renters will be asked to maintain the house rules and property itself, as far as keeping it tidy and taking care of the house and grounds.

This is a home to a local resident who is willing to share her space and the land from time to time to like minded people.

There is a designated yard for the cottage and the rest of the yard is occupied by another renter. So there is a shared view and yard access close by.
