Belvedere - Sleeps 54 - Whole Hotel Buyout

Belvedere Suites is the newest boutique hotel in the Catskills, a private luxury lodge in Woodridge built for gatherings that outgrow an ordinary hotel. Eighteen guest rooms sleep 54. A ballroom seats 150, and a covered upper lounge with glass walls and a firepit seats 100, served by a commercial kitchen upstairs. Outside, a cedar sauna and hot tub. Book the property and it is yours alone.

● Every bedroom has two 44 inch wide beds, which combine into one king with a mattress topper. Just give us advance notice.

IMPORTANT NOTES
● Events: Weddings, ceremonies, and other events are available for an additional fee and require prior approval.
● Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
● Weather: No refunds for weather-related disruptions. Travel insurance is recommended.
● Pets: Not permitted.
● Parking: Daytime parking is available in front of the building. Overnight parking is available in the designated lot nearby.
● Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

GUEST GUIDELINES
● The primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property throughout the stay.
● Only registered guests and approved event attendees are permitted on the property.
● Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited indoors.
● Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
● Please report any issues within 24 hours of arrival so we can address them promptly.
● Replacement fees apply for lost keys, remotes, gate openers, or other provided access devices.
● Please do not move furniture or misuse appliances, furniture, or amenities.
● Use the hot tub, sauna, grill, and other amenities at your own risk and follow any posted instructions.
● Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges.
● Cancellations and refunds are subject to the booking platform's cancellation policy.
