„Wir waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht zufrieden. Das Haus liegt an einer Landstraße mit lautem Verkehr bis in die Nacht. Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr klein und lagen direkt über dem Eingang zum Hotel und Restaurant, somit hatten wir Lärm von den anderen Gästen und vom Parkplatz bis spät abends. Insgesamt war das Haus recht hellhörig. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers mag Geschmackssache sein, aber es gab keinen Kühlschrank, der Safe funktionierte nicht und das mobile Klimagerät ...

„das Hotel ist wirklich super, kann ich empfehlen.
Leeds ist ca. 20 min entfernt, also unbedingt Auto mit.
Normanton ist leider unter der Woche nicht vile los.
Aber ich war ja zum Arbeiten dort.

Stayed in room 6 in the annexe, a short stride from the main building.
Super king bed, spacious warm and welcoming room, spotless . Good size bathroom with both rain shower and body shower. Complimentary toiletries including shower caps! Dressing gowns and slippers, a lovely touch). Luxury teas and coffee (only uht milk, but I’m sure the main building would offer fresh).

„Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations.
Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days.
Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe.
Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. “

„What an amazing boutique hotel. Fabulous location at the bottom of a wonderful cobbled hill. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Perfect location. Great cooked breakfast - very tasty. Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. “

„Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes renoviertes lokales Pub, welches auch als Hotel dient. Das Pub selber ist sehr schön klassisch eingerichtet. Das Inn ist nur ca. 6min vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und äußerst freundlich. Das Personal ist allgemein sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war für uns drei passend, wobei die Couch für einen Erwachsenen vielleicht eher nicht so gemütlich ist. Für unsere Kind hat es aber voll gepasst.
