„House was clean and great location for attending events at MTSU. Would definitely stay here again! “

„So disappointed. Backyard not as pictured. Piles of brush, tree branches, and Osage oranges in various states of decomposition. We were competing in a dog show and booked this rental so our dogs could play and unwind after the competition. Access to the backyard thru a bedroom was ackward. The person staying in the master bedroom had to disrupt the person sleeping in the bedroom if their dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. Also had problems when we arrived. „This was our first time staying at a Vrbo property, and we enjoyed it. The place was warm, inviting, cozy, and quiet. Communication with the property owner was easy and painless. Both A/C and heat worked well (it was late March and the outside temps swung alot). The location was excellent for getting to any part of Murfreesboro, or to the Interstate. “

„We were only staying for 2 nights and it was perfect. Clean, updated and everything we needed. The outdoor patio off one of the bedrooms was perfect for my mom who was staying with us and woke up early. 10/10 would recommend. “

„Darling cozy cottage and was great location for our needs.“

„thank you team. honestly it was a mixed bag. your response time and customer service has been the best we have experienced. however, the stay was quite possibly the worst. as mentioned earlier, the parking spots were filled and I had to stay up past 1 am and it still wasn't resolved. but that was just the start. the whole house had a musty smell. the lower bathroom was the worst. the AC vent had mold around it and we couldn't use it for the entire stay. we had to use activated carbon filter ...

„Very well kept older home near downtown Murfreesboro which is great for shopping, eating and entertainment. You feel like you stepped back in to the 1970's with the decor in this home. The garage has a nice hang out area with a pool table. Hosts are great at communicating. Definitely would stay again.“

„This is a lovely home in a very nice neighborhood, easily accessible to much of what Murfreesboro has to offer. We had everything we needed to spend a day visiting with family, including supplies in the kitchen to cook several meals for the group and even some toys for my young grandson to enjoy. We did not have any problems that needed to be addressed, so we didn’t have any interaction with the host aside from the scheduled check-in / check-out messages. We did appreciate the simple checkout ...

„Very attentive host. Great stay“

„Everything went smoothly. There is plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. Excellent location if visiting MTSU. Great location for several awesome places to eat. Plenty of activities for the younger kids as well.“

„The property and stay was great. Just the beds really need some mattress toppers or new lil softer mattresses and the couch could use a lil more padding.“

„Nice property, good for group stay, clean and everything worked“
