„The room was just what I needed. Was in town for the Premier League. Conveniently located to the train station and an easy enough walk to Molineux.“

„We needed a spot near the train station to catch an early train in the morning. It is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the station. The room is simple, but well furnished, and plenty of space for two people. Nice bathroom, good shower. There is a functional kitchen with some basics if you want to cook your own food, and there are many restaurants within a very short walk if you want just a quick bite. Good value for money, perfect for what we wanted.“

„This is the third time I've stayed here and honestly every time it gets worse. The hotel is beautiful and the location convinient. But thats all.... I came down for breakfast at 9am (breakfast is surved until 10am) and there was barely anything left, no joices, no milk couple of slices of bread,no tea bags. And there was a table reserved for 20 people so they knew that they had a lot of people coming for breakfast still. I was sat down for 30 minutes at no point did they bring anything new ...

„Very reasonable accommodation for the price, in a central location close to the train station. The property itself was in need of some modernisation and a deep clean in places but overall it was quiet and comfortable, with a basic kitchen and secure parking. Check-in instructions could have been clearer and ideally sent in advance of the check-in time.“

„Very tired and In need of refurbishment , blocked sink, no door handle on the bathroom door, no remote for the TV, cigarette stub left on the carpet, carpet had stains, only 2 pillows provided and were flat, window closed and still allowed breeze to come in. A very unpleasant stay, we left in the evening to stay at another hotel“

„Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!“

„We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up ...

„Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. “
