Welcome to Beach Pond Acres — a peaceful family getaway designed for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying every season in New Hampshire. The home offers the perfect mix of cozy indoor spaces and outdoor living, featuring a screened-in porch, dual French doors, soaring wood ceilings, fire pits, Adirondack chairs, multiple TVs, oversized bedrooms with A/C, a fireplace, and a Jacuzzi tub for relaxing after a day on the lake.

Whether you’re visiting for summer lake days, fall foliage, or a cozy winter escape, this home was designed to bring everyone together while still giving guests plenty of space to unwind.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed + full-size pullout bed
• Bedroom 2: King bed + two twin beds
• Additional sleeping space: Pullout bed in the main floor living room
There are two separate upstairs bedrooms, each with its own door. Bedroom 2 is a spacious open style room with one king bed and two twin beds, all within the same rom

Beach Pond Acres is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything the Lakes Region has to offer.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the unfinished basement and the garage, which will remain inaccessible during the stay.

An EV charger is available for guest use at no additional cost and is located on the exterior wall of the garage.

We live locally and can assist with any issues on site within a few hours.

Beach Pond acres is in a quiet secluded area. No neighboring homes are visible while at the house.

The driveway has plenty of parking. The house is 3.5 miles from the center of downtown Wolfeboro. Be to any of the many restaurants, beaches, or attractions in under 10 minutes.

The outdoor space is unbeatable. We love spending time on the covered porch at any hour of the day. The yard is huge and your group will love setting up lawn games or the kids will love using their imaginations playing among the granite boulders. And don`t underestimate the moments of making s`mores around the campfire in the smokeless firepit every night after exploring Wolfeboro all day!
Also available to all guests at no fee is a Tesla Level 2 charger, right outside of the garage. Relax knowing you will have full charge in just a few hours and will be able to discover the best of what the Lakes Region has to offer!
