Guests have access to a nearby private bathroom facility complete with a hot shower, sink, and composting toilet. Fresh spring water, filtered through Berkey systems, is available throughout the property. While the setting feels wonderfully remote, guests also enjoy reliable Starlink Wi-Fi when they wish to stay connected.



The home is located within a private 155-acre forest retreat. Guests are invited to explore the property and enjoy a wide variety of amenities and activities. Swim or float in the large pond, paddle a pedal boat, try paddleboarding, wander forest trails, or relax in one of the many hammocks scattered throughout the grounds. The property also offers pickleball, badminton, basketball, lawn games, gardens, and open spaces perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature.



A fully equipped outdoor community kitchen is available for guest use and includes hot water, food preparation areas, cookware, induction cooktops, dining spaces, and everything needed to prepare meals while enjoying the outdoors.
