„We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved the space, especially the big deck for stargazing and the creek for splashing around. There was AC throughout the house which made the hot days easy. This place is a total gem and only 12 minutes from town and the river! „We came in Fall for a quick getaway to explore the area. The Great Outpost was indeed, great!Our host were welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed and more, including the hot tub. „This property is absolutely beautiful. The river runs just below the area and the sound of the water is so nice and calming. They have coffee for the mornings which i truly appreciated! 2 seperate buildings for bathrooms and a separate space with showers (partially outside, rock floors and open roof! Also access to the river with steps made of large rocks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. “

„This property was perfect for our three-night stay in Kernville. Close to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy to walk to river. Pretty quiet and relaxing. Loved spending time on the little outdoor patio/balcony in the evenings. A family of deer graced us with their presence one night, which we enjoyed. A little strange having to wear a wristband all weekend but maybe a better solution can be found to identify guests in the future...?“
