Smoking & Vaping Policy
Strictly No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind (including e-cigarettes and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the condo, on both private balconies, and in all common community areas. Violations will result in a penalty fee for professional deep cleaning.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Because our community includes permanent residents and long-term renters, loud music, parties, or disruptive noise on the balconies or in common areas is strictly prohibited.

No Unregistered Guests nor Parties

Pool & Hot Tub Rules: Please follow all posted resort rules at the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and clubhouse hot tub.

Turkish Beach Towels: We love providing Turkish towels for your beach/pool days! We kindly ask that these stay on the property and are returned to the condo at checkout. Lost or ruined beach towels will incur a replacement fee.

Sports Courts: The pickleball and basketball courts are first-come, first-served. Please be respectful of other residents waiting to play.

Parking & Security
Parking Limit: Free parking is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas and display any required community passes (provided at check-in).

Keep Balcony Doors Closed: To keep the condo comfortable and prevent bugs or humidity from entering, please ensure the balcony doors are kept closed when the A/C or heating is running.

Checkout Expectations
Simple Checkout: We want you to enjoy your last morning! Before you leave, we just ask that you make sure the fireplace is turned off, that all windows and doors are closed and locked, and that you gather used towels in the bathrooms.
