„I stayed one night during the Open golf at Royal Liverpool. We arrived after reception had closed but the instructions on how to get the keys were easy to follow and accurate. The room was spacious and comfortable and the venue itself was well kept. I would recommend this venue to all.“

„There was a bus route very close that went to Liverpool . I visited the Red Cat pub where I met some wonderful people . Also very close is a Sainsbury supermarket. Bobby , the owner was welcoming and concerned about my welfare . Would stay again . “

„Although the location is lovely I Messaged the owner a day before our stay to ask about the check in process. He then informed me not even 24 hours before our stay that the pool would not be open. I explained how this is the only reason we booked but he was extremely unsympathetic. The owner knew about the pool not working a week before but decided not to tell us so we would no longer be eligible for a 50% refund. There was no form of compensation.
