Relax in the pool and hot tub after enjoying theme parks such as Busch Gardens, Disney world, and Universal Studios! LegoLand is 1 mile away! Lego bedroom for kids. Centrally Located in the middle of Florida allows beach trips to both east & west coast. air conditioned garage has been turned into a game room pool table, air hockey and a actual miss pac-man machine with 14 different games installed inside. Also a Magnetic Dart board. Private boat & RV parking with RV outlet thru gate in backyard. Heating pool is optional and available for a small fee.

Our family, myself, husband 15 year old daughter, and my in laws stayed for oldest daughter’s graduation from Warner University! We truly had the best stay. Extremely clean, extremely comfortable and very accommodating! If we find ourselves back in Florida we will stay here again! Thank you

Great for families

We had plenty of space inside, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We weren’t at the house much to use the game room but it looked great. We did enjoy the pool/hot tub one night.

Legoland Birthday trip

We visited to take our boys to Legoland for their 9th Birthday. The house was great and just what we needed for this Birthday trip. Our boys had a blast in the pool and playing in the game room.

Everything we were hoping for!

The location was very close to Legoland and other parks. The house was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy a vacation in Florida. I did not get to enjoy the game room, but the hot tub was great. The wifi signal was strong and the television programming was also great. I had not one issue with staying at this house and would visit here again.

Cute, quaint, great area!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was a great proximity to restaurants and Legoland, which was our main reason for being in the area. The pool was fun and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying at Vince and Amy’s!

Nice, spacious home 10 minutes from Legoland. Spent a few days taking our 6 year old to Legoland for his birthday. The pool was great for the afternoons after being in the Florida heat all day! Perfect spot for a family vacation.

Clean, spacious, super relaxing. The house has it all, there is nothing to request to add or change to to it. The Neighbor hood is excellent, very quiet and peaceful. Peppa Pig Land Birthday Celebration

My family and I came to Winter Haven to celebrate my granddaughter's 3rd birthday and to go to Peppa Pig Land, the home of her favorite TV character, Peppa Pig! Adults and kids alike all had a great time, Amy and Vince are great hosts, and their VRBO home in Winter Haven is everything it is advertised to be and then some! The pool, hot tub, and game room were all hits, the beds were comfy and the amenities were everything you could ask for. Thanks Amy and Vince for a great family vacation and birthday celebration, we hope to be visiting your home and Peppa Pig Land again soon!

For older people, there needs to be grab bars in shower, bath and toilets. Pool area is just enough for four and back yard could be tidied up. Not complaints, just suggestions.

Perfect vacation rental for trip to Legoland & Peppa Pig World

Easy check-in and great communication before. We felt like the photos didn't do the property justice. Our 3 year old loved the place and did not want to come home. Pool was just big enough and the in-water steps were great for the kiddo. The neighborhood was quiet but less than 10 minutes from the amusement parks and Walmart / Publix. We made more use of the laundry machines than the game room but we all enjoyed playing a game at some point. The property had plenty of bath and pool towels for a group of 4 and both baths had shampoo and body wash. I was lucky to be the first to use the charcoil grill amd the home had all the utensils needed for multiple family meals.
