Guests have access to a stylishly appointed kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, plates, cups, and utensils for both adults and children. A coffee maker is also available, along with complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, tea, and hot chocolate.

The dining area features a charming table with two comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying your meals or a relaxing cup of coffee.

Your Private Bedroom

Your private bedroom features a comfortable, brand-new bed and mattress, along with an end table to help you settle in and enjoy a restful night's sleep.

Shared Bathroom

The neat and well-maintained bathroom is shared with the other occupant of the basement suite. It is equipped with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and essential hygiene supplies for your convenience.

Laundry and Additional Amenities

Free washer and dryer access is available for guests staying more than five days. An iron and hair dryer are also provided in the suite should you need them.

Heating and Air Conditioning

The house has central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout the year, whether during Winnipeg's warm summer months or cold winter season.

Security and Parking

For security purposes, cameras are installed facing the driveway, at the doorbell, and at the side door. These cameras remain on during your stay. There are no cameras inside the house or basement suite.
