Community Pool Closure Notice - April 2026:
The community indoor pool is currently closed for maintenance and is expected to reopen by Memorial Day weekend. Availability of shared amenities is subject to the homeowners association and cannot be guaranteed.

Guest access
Guests staying 11 nights or more will have access to the community clubhouse, including the fitness center and game room.

All guests can enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and easy access to the ski resort. There are 2 key fobs on the console near the kitchen that can be used for entry into the indoor pool. Please do not lose these fobs - $150 fee to replace them.

- No smoking
- Pet friendly w/ $50 fee (+ fees & taxes). If a pet is observed without the fee payment, this is subject to cancellation of reservation mid stay.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings

- This 2-story townhome requires 2 exterior steps to enter; the 1st floor includes a bedroom and full bathroom
